Apply as a supplier
Create an account in the supplier portal and complete the requested business details and documents. Applications are reviewed manually.

Organise your catalogue
After activation, add product information, prices and photos and manage inventory through the portal. Publish content and images you have the right to use.

Review buyer eligibility
Review requests from buyers seeking access to your restricted products. Manage approvals independently for each supply relationship.
- 04
Process orders and invoices
Review purchase requests and update their stages. Receive payment directly from the buyer and send an invoice with the goods or attach an optional PDF copy.
Future commissions and commercial terms are discussed and agreed with each supplier before they apply.

What are the payment options?
Cash on delivery is available, with payment made directly to the supplier. Coming soon on our roadmap: cards and CliQ through approved payment partners, plus supplier credit for eligible buyers following a separate application, approval and agreed terms and limits with each supplier.
How do I receive an invoice?
The supplier issues the sales invoice, which can accompany the goods or be attached to the order as a PDF. Coming soon on our roadmap: expanded invoicing tools and JoFotara integration, following completion of the integration requirements.
